4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Weather-related rescheduling will not incur a fee.

We are not responsible for items left in vehicles.

Damage caused by faulty paint, loose trim, or prior repairs

Water intrusion due to pre-existing seals or structural issues
